Process Time

Current process time is 3-5 business days. Orders with only scrunchies will be processed faster than dog treats. The scrunchies are made and ready to go, while dog treats take a little more time. In order to ensure freshness, we only keep a small inventory of the dog treats and make more as orders are placed. 

I am a one-women team with a full-time job, so I kindly ask for your patience as I am trying my best to deliver the highest quality products for you and your pups to enjoy. I really appreciate your support!

Shipping 

We use USPS to ship all orders. Once shipped, it will take about 3-5 business days to arrive. Our delivery time is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Once the package leaves our facility, arrival time is out of our control.  

Chop Chop Chews is not responsible for any mistakes made by USPS, delayed delivery, damaged packages during transit, wrong addresses given at checkout, P.O. Box issues, and stolen packages.
