Process Time

Current process time is 1-5 business days. To ensure freshness, we only keep a small inventory of the dog treats and make more as orders are placed. 

I am a one-women team with a full-time job, so I kindly ask for your patience and understanding. I really appreciate your support! 

Shipping 

We use USPS and UPS to ship all the orders. Once shipped, it will take about 3-10 business days to arrive. Our delivery time is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Once the package leaves our facility, arrival time is out of our control.  

Chop Chop Chews is not responsible for any mistakes made by USPS, delayed delivery, damaged packages during transit, wrong addresses given at checkout, P.O. Box issues, and stolen packages.
