What do you put inside the dog treats?

All our dog treats are made with one or two ingredients. With human-grade quality meats, fresh fruits and vegetables. We NEVER add artificial flavorings or preservatives.
No preservatives = shorter shelf life, but healthy for your fur baby

How long does the treats last?

Our treats has a recommended one-month shelf life. Some treats have longer shelf life than other, so please refer back to package label for more accurate information
Up to three-months if kept in fridge/freezer

Pickup instructions

Pickup at South Shore - Shop Keiko
When the order is ready, you will receive a "Ready to Pickup" email or text message
Order must be picked up within one-week of receiving pickup notification

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Please contact us at chopchopchews@gmail.com if something is wrong with your order/product.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the United States only

What carrier do you use?

We use USPS and UPS as our shipping partners

How long is your process time?

Currently 1-5 business days

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

About 2-10 business days. Please keep in mind that is only an estimate time and weather conditions may affect delivery
